RB Dance & Sculpt
A modern reimagining of 80s/90s aerobics, this 60-minute practice nourishes both heart and mind. You’ll move through a euphoric “cardio climb” — a dance-based sequence that gradually elevates your heart rate, then guides you gently back down.
Ride that high into a sculpting series and finish with stretch, relaxation, and aromatherapy.
This cathartic, joy-filled class delivers cardio that supports your nervous system and honors your hormones.

RB Balance & Flow

Expect to leave refreshed and grounded — especially during our Saturday Balance & Flow + Restore, which includes an extra 30 minutes of long-hold stretches and restorative sequences.
