Yes, we certainly believe that random workouts = random results. Our program and schedule are designed to cultivate consistency & help you make it a non-negotiable part of your day….because you are changed by what you do daily. Confidence comes from competence. Competence comes from consistency. But don’t be fooled. RBFS is never rigid and you won’t get bored.

This workout is not about “crushing you” or trying to be difficult in an attempt to prove something.

The magic is in the monotony: The way you book your sessions, prepare, plan and show up. The way you greet and connect with the RB Community – The way the same movements done day after day rewire you- body, brain & spirit until one day you notice you have changed.
