Rose Bomb
About
Our Core Values
Consistency is the quiet power that transforms a fitness studio from a place you visit into a place that changes you. It’s the rhythm beneath every class, every movement, every breath—it’s devotion in action.
At RBFS the emphasis isn’t on sudden intensity or quick fixes. It’s on the steady return: showing up again and again, especially on the days when motivation is elusive. Consistency becomes a promise—between the RBFS team and its community—that progress is earned through repetition, ritual, and rooted practice.
It means:
- Reliable support. Clients know the space holds them, day after day, with instructors who deliver dependable guidance and programming.
- Steady growth. Small, repeated actions lead to visible evolution—in strength, in skill, in confidence.
- A sacred routine. The rituals of class become anchors in everyday life, building discipline without force and freedom without chaos.
- Trust. When the studio consistently shows up—with quality, with care, with integrity—clients feel safe to show up fully themselves.
Consistency is what turns movement into lifestyle, exercise into artistry, and effort into transformation. It’s not a sprint; it’s a heartbeat—one that keeps the studio and its community pulsing forward together.
Community is the living, breathing heart of Rose Bomb Fitness Suite —a collective force that lifts, supports, and celebrates every woman who walks through the door. It’s more than sharing a room; it’s sharing intention, energy, and the unspoken understanding that we become stronger together.
At RBFS the atmosphere is one of connection rather than competition. Women are welcomed as they are and witnessed as they grow. Every class becomes a gathering of kindred spirits—each woman meeting herself where she is, yet woven into the same rhythm.
Community means:
- Belonging. A space where every woman feels seen, safe, and included—no matter her age, background, or fitness level.
- Sisterhood. Genuine relationships form through shared sweat, shared goals, and shared breakthroughs.
- Support. When one woman struggles, others rally. When one rises, all rise with her.
- Motivation. Showing up becomes easier—and more joyful—when you’re surrounded by women who cheer for your consistency and your evolution.
- Collective strength. The studio becomes more than a place to work out; it becomes a sanctuary where women the alchemy of music and movement in unison lifts everyone in collective joy.
Community makes RBFS a home—a place where women don’t just train their bodies, but nourish their spirits, strengthen their confidence, and remind each other that transformation is something that is more satisfying together.
We believe functional fitness should be pleasurable and sexy as well as effective and challenging.
At RBFS, the creation of your fitness experience is artistry. It is the spark that turns movement into expression and workouts into an immersive mind/body connection.
When creating the ROSE BOMB TRILOGY, inspiration comes from everywhere – music, film, fashion & a sea of emotion. It goes far beyond what you would expect from a fitness practice. Jenny’s commitment is to always bring magic to monotony, connecting you to your body like never before.
We are the Lovers & the Outlaws. We are cultivating a passion for intelligent movement and self love. We are rebelling against a world that programs women to remain chronically ill, stagnant & dependent on systems that do not serve them or ignite their power.
We don’t just teach exercises; we cultivate artistry. We invite women to listen to their bodies & develop their intuition, as they discover what they are capable of. We create so women can also find that they are the artists as well as the art.
We promise to never let you get bored. You will move your body in unexpected ways, hear new music, be stimulated by the atmosphere and design, igniting your senses & inspiring you to embrace beauty in every day life.
Clean Beauty is the awareness that what touches your body should support your wellness—not distract from it. At RBFS it is our commitment to purity, clarity, and care in every corner of the space.
Environment matters. Your toxic load matters The air you breathe, the foods you eat, the self-care and household products you use, the scents, surfaces, and textures—all of it affects how you feel and move through your life. We encourage & uphold supporting your fitness practice with a lifestyle that has you glowing.
True beauty that leads to vibrancy and longevity comes from the inside out. What you consume, what (and who) you are exposed to either help or hinder your fitness practice. They either support your body’s cleaning systems or make your body work harder.
We use non toxic cleaning products and promote clean beauty brands as well as provide resources for detoxifying your life & bringing your systems into balance.
RBFS isn’t just another gym or studio. Our goal is to form a portal for women to breakthrough to improved vitality & longevity.
We are committed to shattering lies women believe about health and beauty.
We really want to meet as many of your wellness needs as possible here at RBFS. We care about every element of your wellness journey and strive to help you find your way to wholeness and aligned actions that support the hard work you do in the studio.

Who Fuels Rose Bomb
Your personal transformation team (with strategic swearing)
Jenny Mitschelen
Owner, Lead Instructor, and Creator of Rose Bomb
Jenny’s earliest passions — music and dance — naturally evolved into a lifelong devotion to movement and daily fitness.
For more than three decades, Jenny explored a wide range of fitness modalities. Yet she always found herself returning to the sanctuary of her own home, creating a personal practice that offered the consistency, effectiveness, and creative freedom she could never quite find in traditional gyms or studios. Over time, a distinct movement style emerged — one that blended artistry, structure, and intuition.
In 2019, Jenny closed her interior design business to pursue her true vision: a women’s fitness studio and lounge where beauty, intention, and community come together. She believes deeply that women deserve a dedicated, inspiring space to connect with their bodies, their minds, and each other.
Jenny is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is always improving her knowledge and skill as a fitness and wellness coach. From shaping your natural booty to pelvic floor health to nutrition and hormone health for women…her mission is always to help women navigate their way to optimal vitality. She lives in Historic Downtown Lenoir City, Tennessee with her husband, Chris and their family.

“The greatest form of self-care isn’t bubble baths or weekend getawats. It’s building a life you don’t feel the need to escape from. A life where your work excites you, your network supports you, and your daily reality feels aligned with what you actually want. Comfort isn’t a cure for burnout – meaning is. When you create a life that fulfills you, you won’t have to search for ways to escape it.“
